El
Taco Loco was founded by John Adler and Roger Butler in New Hope, Pennsylvania
on May 5th 1989 (coincidentally
Cinco
de Mayo.)
The company was created with the idea that great Mexican
food was hard to find
and quality ingredients freshly prepared was the key.

This philosophy
has not changed over the years with the growth of the business and
today they
have customers who regularly travel over an hour to enjoy El Taco
Loco's California style Mexican food.
At the start, John and Roger did all the cooking and serving
to ensure
the highest quality and service.
Today, they still have that "hands
on" approach to running the restaurant and can be found alongside
the staff working in the kitchen.
The restaurant was completely remodeled in 2004. If you
haven't been to El Taco Loco recently, be sure to stop by the next time
you visit New Hope or Bucks County, PA.
We're open 7 days a week.
Sun.-Thurs 11am-9pm
Fri and Sat 11am-10pm
